I have specialised in employment law and workplace relations for just over 30 years.

My experience

My expertise covers all aspects of the employment relationship, and I have significant strength in supporting clients with a strategic focused approach to their situation at work, advising and representing on protection of individuals interests, rights and reputation, involving matters of grievance, disciplinary, and negotiating settlement and exit packages.

My approach

I often secure significantly favourable settlements for my clients, and throughout my time as an employment lawyer have been instrumental through my support and advice, enabling individuals to address compromising treatment at work and turn their situation into an opportunity to navigate a secure and successful outcome.

During my career I have acted for many hundreds of senior professionals across the sectors, mostly representing at management-level, successfully representing my clients interests involving some of the largest organisations.

I am also a CEDR trained mediator.
