We are committed to providing a high-quality service. If you wish to discuss any aspect of our service, including our invoice, please contact us.
We also have a complaints procedure, a copy of which is available on request by contacting our practice manager. We ask you to raise any concerns about our service with us in the first instance. However, if you feel you are unable to resolve matters after having spoken to us, you may make a complaint to an independent adjudicator as set out below
You may submit a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman (http://www.legalombudsman.org.uk/), which is an independent complaints body established to resolve legal disputes.
