I am a specialist discrimination and employment rights lawyer with almost 20 years’ experience of advising and representing employees across a wide range of industries from financial services, film & tv and sport to retail, healthcare, higher education and journalism.
My experience
As Former Head of Employment Rights at a national firm, I have significant litigation experience in the Employment Tribunal and County Courts as well as the Employment Appeal Tribunal, Court of Appeal and High Court. I am also a seasoned negotiator, using my knowledge and experience to achieve excellent outcomes for my clients both pre litigation and during judicial mediation hearings.
